What do I need to place an order?
You’ll need a valid eyeglasses prescription delivered by an optometrist or an ophthalmologist. We also accept eyeglasses prescription from foreign countries.
What if I need to change my order?
Our customer service will be happy to assist you Monday to Friday from 10am to 7pm. You can give us a call at 786-409-3341 or email us at [email protected]

What’s the status of my order?
To check on the status of an order, sign into your account on iwearforall.com using the email address and password you used during checkout.
Do you have a retail location?
Yes we have a retail location. To find our location click on this link store location.
Do you offer eye exams?
At the moment we do not offer that service.
How do I submit my prescription?
Once you’re ready to checkout, you can upload an image of your eyeglasses prescription to your order (snap a photo or scan it). If you already placed your order you can also send us your prescription at [email protected]
What’s the pupillary distance (PD)? Do you need it?
Your PD is the distance in millimeters between your pupils, and it helps us center your prescription correctly in your frames. You can measure your PD yourself by using online tool after the checkout. It’s easy and simple you just need to follow the instructions.
What if I forgot or couldn’t take my PD measurements after checkout?
You can send us an email at [email protected] with your order number and we will send you a link to finish the process.
What prescription can you fill ?
- We can fill SINGLE VISION prescriptions with a sphere (SPH) value between -8.00 and +8.00, with a cylinder (CYL) value between -3.00 and +3.00. If you have a prescription over -8.00/+8.00 SPH and over -3.00/+3.00 CYL please feel free to contact us by email at [email protected] or at 786 409 3341 we will be glad to assist you.
- Progressive lenses are available only in store for a better fit and comfort.
